New hosts can request a discounted first turnover: Studio from 199 zł, 1-bedroom from 249 zł, 2-bedroom from 349 zł. After the trial, regular pricing applies.

Do you bring your own equipment?
We can bring cleaning products, cloths, gloves and small supplies. For regular Airbnb apartments, it is best if a vacuum cleaner, mop and basic equipment are stored in the apartment.
Can you work with keys?
Yes, key pickup/drop-off can be arranged. For regular clients, we can agree on a clear and safe key process.
Can you do same-day cleaning?
Sometimes yes, depending on availability and location. Same-day or urgent turnovers may have an extra fee.
Do you provide linen?
We can change linen and towels provided by the host. If you need laundry or linen logistics, mention it when requesting a quote.
Which areas of Warsaw do you cover?
We cover central Warsaw and selected districts. Send your address or district and we will confirm availability.
Who pays for guest supplies?
Guest supplies are paid by the host. We can check stock levels after each visit. If you want us to buy supplies, products are billed by receipt plus a service fee.
Is linen included?
Linen change is possible, but linen and towels should be provided by the host unless laundry or linen logistics are agreed separately.
What if the apartment is very dirty after a party?
Heavy mess, party cleaning and deep cleaning are not included in standard turnover pricing. We can still help, but the price is confirmed separately based on photos and timing.
What is the difference between Light Reset and full turnover?
Light Reset is for apartments left in very good condition and includes a quick refresh, linen change, trash removal and basic kitchen/bathroom check. Full turnover is a more complete guest-ready preparation before check-in.
